Adjusting

I've almost reached the one month marker in regards to being back in the states. Most people ask how it feels to be back, and quite honestly, depending on the day, it feels weird, good, bizarre, and hard.

Weird: I'm living in a small town once again, and this means the likelihood of running in to people I know has been magnified. For instance, I've seen my 8th grade English teacher, 7th grade English teacher, and my high school chemistry teacher since being home.

Hard: Waves of frustration, sadness, and uncertainty come and go.

Good: Being with my family and spending quality time with them.
