Many things could make it on the list, but I think one of the top spots would be devoted to street food vendors. When I walk through the alleyway behind my apartment complex in the afternoon, it appears to be a desolate grey place, yet at 8:00 a.m. it is a bustling outdoor café of vendors selling porridge and spicy mysterious sizzling sandwiches.
