Over Christmas break, my mom, sisters and I began to discuss the possibility of a potential visit east. Sadly said trip has already come and gone, but what a treat it was to show them around this place I call home. Bumps along the way were bound to happen as my Mandarin skills are quite low. Despite that we had a terrific time taking in famous sites, laughing at our blunders and enjoying the local culture.
